Connect Pro Dealer facing flows for a Volkswagen AG Group owned product - fleet registration, vehicle infleeting and dual source connectivity combining OEM data with our own hardware.
Reporting & insights Shipped the Fuel & CO2 and fleet utilization reports end to end - charts, data tables, exports and a staged rollout behind feature flags.
Installation assistant Mobile first web app guiding technicians through unit installation, with VIN and license plate scanning, camera capture and device swaps.
Design system migration Moved the web products onto a shared component system and rebuilt tables, filters and layout primitives on Tailwind and shadcn.
Users, access & AI Organization level user management with granular rights, rewritten transactional emails, product analytics and an AI helper in chat.
